These Terms govern purchases made from TWINS PMU LTD. By using our website or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms.
Professional Educational Products
TWINS PMU manuals, pigment cheat sheets and other professional educational resources are intended for appropriately trained permanent makeup professionals unless expressly stated otherwise.
Our educational materials reflect the techniques, methods, experiences and approaches used by TWINS PMU. They are provided as professional reference and educational resources.
Purchasing or reading a TWINS PMU manual or guide does not provide a qualification, accreditation or certification and does not qualify an individual to perform permanent makeup treatments.
Our resources are not a replacement for appropriate practical and/or in-person professional training from a recognised and suitably qualified training provider.
Purchasers are responsible for ensuring that they hold the training, qualifications, insurance and any licences or permissions required to legally and safely provide the treatments discussed.
Professionals must exercise their own judgement when treating clients and should work within the scope of their training, insurance, local requirements, manufacturer instructions and applicable health, safety and hygiene standards.
Pigment Cheat Sheets & Results
Our pigment cheat sheets are based on combinations used by TWINS PMU and our own observed healed results.
Photographs, ratios, combinations and healed examples are provided as guidance only and do not guarantee an identical result.
Permanent makeup results can vary due to factors including skin tone, undertone, skin type, existing pigment, technique, needle choice, pigment selection, individual healing, aftercare and other client-specific factors.
The purchaser is responsible for assessing each client individually and applying their own professional knowledge, colour theory understanding and judgement when selecting pigments.
No Guaranteed Outcome
Educational content is provided to share TWINS PMU’s professional approach and experience. We cannot guarantee a particular treatment, business, financial, client or healed result from using our educational materials.
Nothing within our products should be interpreted as medical advice.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, TWINS PMU educational materials, including manuals, cheat sheets, written content, photographs, graphics, layouts and other original materials, are owned by or licensed to TWINS PMU LTD and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Purchase gives the purchaser the right to use the product for their own personal professional reference.
Purchasers must not, without our prior written permission:
- Copy, reproduce or substantially replicate our materials;
- Scan, photograph or digitally reproduce physical manuals for distribution;
- Share, upload or distribute digital products to another person;
- Resell our educational materials or copies of them;
- Publish our content online or on social media as their own;
- Use our content to create or substantially reproduce another manual, cheat sheet, training resource or commercial educational product.
Unauthorised reproduction or distribution may result in legal action.
Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure descriptions, images and information on our website are accurate. Colours and printed products may vary slightly due to printing and screen display.
Orders
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, stock issues or misuse of our website.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, an appropriate refund will be issued.
Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including rights and remedies that cannot legally be excluded under UK consumer law.
To the extent permitted by law, TWINS PMU LTD is not responsible for losses arising from a professional’s failure to follow their existing training, applicable safety requirements, manufacturer instructions or appropriate professional judgement.
